Welcome to the Forest Park Community Garden website!  We are a group of volunteers working to build a community garden in our hometown of Forest Park, Illinois.  The project is not yet even a year old, so many things–including this website–are still under development.  Eventually, our goal is to take a small underutilized park area and convert it into a vibrant garden where members of the community can rent garden plots of their own and where educational programs about gardening can be held.  If you’re in our area and would like to get involved, contact us.  Otherwise, take a look around this site for more info about what we’re up to, how the garden is progressing.  Also make sure to check out our latest events and blog posts on the tabs above.
